A wide range of our services via our cloud platform are currently experiencing issues. Connection is closed. It is the primary error that our users are coming up against.

Our ops team is investigating the issue and should have our services back up and running shortly.

Budibase is experiencing high load times

Our engineers identified that a performance reduction in PostHog’s feature flagging endpoints impacted our system, causing degraded performance. The issue has been resolved, and all systems are now functioning normally.

We’re currently experiencing degraded performance across all services. Our engineers believe this may be related to issues with our account portal licensing. The team is investigating the root cause and working on a fix. We’ll provide further updates as soon as we have more information.

Performance degradation, slowing of platform

While investigating a spike in CouchDB errors, we identified a sharp increase in database read/write operations. Upon further analysis, we traced the excessive operations to a logging feature. Disabling the feature restored service performance to normal.
